David Franz, Sr – CEO & Sales Manager
As the creator of Wood Tech Construction, parent company of ORBIT Building & Remodeling, David’s building career started with the very bones of your home. Wood Tech has been a prominent framing contractor and general contractor in Northeast Ohio since 1990.
With his specialties being structural design and project management, David is confidently able to identify, troubleshoot and correct any structural issues pertaining to construction.
His design services are not only used in house, but are outsourced to other local builders. Management is second nature as David has personally built over 30? homes, countless additions and remodels, and has served as Superintendent for two local builders. David prides himself on upstanding relationships with his customers, trade partners, venders and local municipalities.
In 2020, the addition of David Jr. to the company fostered some growth and change to the family business.
ORBIT Building & Remodeling was formed to hone in on building outdoor living spaces, basement finishes and whole house remodels.

When David isn’t working, he enjoys riding his motorcycle,
volunteering in his community and spending time with his grand-children.
David is strong in his faith in God, active at his church, enjoys spending time with his family and loves the outdoors.

Husband to Elizabeth, father of 3, Concord resident, Eagle Scout, has grown up in construction family and has 20+ years of professional construction experience. David has
an Associate of Science Degree from Lakeland Community College and continues to learn every day. Experience in landscape construction, framing, finish carpentry, residential and commercial construction management and
Project Manager of home remodels since 2020.

Ashley Fauver – Legacy Bookkeeping
Ashley graduated in 2016 from Baldwin Wallace University with her MBA in Accounting and Finance. She has spent the last few years in the corporate sector, but her true interest is in helping the small business community feel empowered through solid bookkeeping and accounting practices.
Theresa Fauver – Legacy Bookkeeping
With over 30 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience, Theresa has extensive knowledge of QuickBooks Online software, accounting principles, and maintaining efficient workflows. She has diverse experience helping
small business clients on the accounting side, enabling them to focus on their business.
