David Franz, Jr. has over 20 years of professional construction experience and grew up in a construction family. A Concord resident, husband, and father of three, he brings both personal commitment and industry knowledge to every project.
David holds an Associate of Science degree from Lakeland Community College and continues to prioritize ongoing learning in the field. His experience includes landscape construction, framing, finish carpentry, residential and commercial construction management, and serving as a Project Manager for home remodels since 2020.
At his core, David considers himself a craftsman with a passion for finish carpentry and problem-solving. His attention to detail and hands-on experience guide the quality and execution of every renovation.
